Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (Canada) We ship across Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times once shipped:
- Ontario & Quebec: 2–4 business days
- Western Canada: 5–8 business days
- Atlantic Canada & Territories: 5–10 business days
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on Canadian orders of $75 CAD and over, up to a maximum order value of $500 CAD.
International Shipping We ship internationally! Please note that customers outside Canada are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged upon delivery. International delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
